4:00 p.m. - Set up tables and other prep help (will also need help with washing tables, placing of table clothes, organizing other lodge booths)

5:00 p.m. - Vendors set-up time

7:00 a.m. - Volunteers arrive to organize and prepare last-minute details.

8:00 a.m. - Doors open up to the public.

 

Welcome all to our annual Norwegian Festival.  Enjoy our famous bake sale featuring lefse, krumkake, rosettes, and other baked goods.  We will have our traditional food line with steamburgers, polse, pie/crisps/bars, fruit soup, rice pudding, coffee, and other Norwegian delights.  Crafts will be demonstrated and vendors available for purchase of Scandinavian-related items. Invite your family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy the morning of Norwegian hospitality and culture.  They can also just sit back and enjoy the entertainment while enjoying the taste of Norway.

Christmas Social - members are asked to bring heavy hors d'oeuvres or treats.  Also bring a wrapped "white elephant" gift to exchange--it can be new or gently used.  If you do not have a "white elephant" gift, please bring a gift around $5-$10 (box of candy, fruit, ornament, etc.).  Come and enjoy the fun and get to know everyone!
